Spa Policy


All Dolled Up Spa Bus LLC services strictly provide entertainment for girls 4-14. All Dolled Up Spa Bus LLC services are not performed by licensed estheticians/nail technicians. All Dolled Up Spa Bus LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions and/or any medical injuries from the food, beverages, wearing costumes or any activity taking place before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform us of any specific allergies. Hosting parents assume all responsibility, the risk of all activities is that of the parents, and parents hosting the party.


NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: All parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. If your requested date and time is available, you will receive an invoice requesting a $100.00 Non-Refundable Deposit. This deposit is used to secure your date and does go towards the total cost of the party. Once you have submitted your deposit, your date and time is secured. You will only receive an invoice if your date and time is available. If your requested time and date is unavailable, you will be contacted. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before time of arrival. If remaining balance is not paid 3 days prior to the event, the invoice will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required.

RUSH FEE: Any party booked less than 5 days’ notice will be charged $100 rush fee.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: We have a no-refund policy. If you must cancel, please make sure to cancel 5 days prior to the event. You may use your non-refundable deposit within six months of original booked date towards a new spa party.

NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATIONS: In order to effectively accommodate your event, your promptness is required and appreciated. If hosting parent arrives more than 25 minutes past the scheduled event time, this will be considered a no show and all monies paid will be forfeited. This is considered a no show/late cancellation.

Travel Fee

Mileage Fee: Will be added after 15 miles from the 48219 area code to your location any miles over 15 miles will be $3 each additional mile.

Bus Parking Rules

Before booking and placing a deposit, please ensure that you have adequate space for our party bus to park for the allotted party time. The All Dolled Up Spa Bus is 30 feet long. If you are using a parking lot space of a venue, park, building, church, etc., it is your responsibility to communicate with the owner and confirm that All Dolled Up Spa Bus will be allowed to park there for the allotted party time. In the event that All Dolled Up Spa Bus is asked to leave the premises due to failure to get permission to park, the total cost of the party will be forfeited.

Any time that is spent waiting for available parking will be deducted from the service time (Hotel Clearance Included). All Dolled Up Spa Bus will not park on dead end streets, tight spots, or back up into any spaces.

Mechanical Issues/Inclement Weather/Traffic

**PLEASE NOTE: In any instance where there are mechanical issues with the bus or inclement weather that are out of our control (snow, ice, extreme cold (18 degrees and below), extreme heat, thunderstorms, hurricane warning, high winds, unforeseen emergency circumstances) we will gladly reschedule your event on our next available date.

We will do our very best to arrive at your location at least 20-30 minutes early for setup.  Please understand that we may face unanticipated circumstances such as road construction, heavy traffic, weather conditions, etc. that may cause delay. Of course, we will give notification as necessary and as early as possible, regarding our timing that day.

Spa Bus Party Requirements

  • HOT Water/Sink accessibility
  • Arrive on time. If hosting parent is not present at the event location 25 minutes past the scheduled event time, this will be considered a no show and all monies paid will be forfeited
  • Any guest that arrives 20 minutes or after the start of the party will not be allowed on the bus. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes during the spa experience.
  • Due to limited space on the bus, parents are not allowed to stay on the bus. Parents are more than welcome to check on the children periodically.
  • Waivers must be signed by each parent of each guest before rendering of any services.
  • Checklist must be submitted before rendering of any services.
  • Come ready to party!

Guest Participation

Party guests will not be forced to participate in any activity they chose not to participate in.

Guest Behavior

It is not our responsibility to discipline party guests. It is the responsibility of the hosting parent to appropriately handle any children that are misbehaving. If a guest is misbehaving, the hosting parent will be asked to remove guest from the bus.


Please have all waivers signed by each parent of each guest. Hosting parent can only submit waiver for birthday guest. All Dolled Up Spa Bus will not render any services without submission of each guests’ waivers.

Lost item return fee

A $15.00 fee is charged to you once your lost item is returned. This fee is used to compensate All Dolled Up Spa Bus employees for their time.

All Dolled Up Spa Bus is not responsible for any items left on the bus after a party ends. We’re here to help, but we cannot guarantee that the item is on the bus or that it can immediately be delivered to you.

Lost items will only be held for 7 days after event.
